We can't see the files in the WeCom shared space

There may be several reasons why we can't see files in WeCom Shared Space:

1. The menu bar is not open: In the WeCom software, click Documents on the left menu bar, then click the All tab in the new interface, and finally click Share Documents under the shared space.

2. File sharing settings: If you want everyone to see the file, you can set it to everyone; If you don't want everyone to see the file, you can set it as a WeChat friend or a single person.

3. Mobile phone permission problem: It may be that WeChat's permissions are not opened, you need to find authorization management in the mobile phone settings, open all the permission pages of WeChat, swipe down, slide to the bottom, and click to open the floating window.

4. Computer Setup Issues: Computers that provide sharing services may need to turn off the firewall, then simply share folders on My Computer/Tools/Folder Select/View/Check, run gpedit.msc, turn on Group Policy, and set up the relevant settings.
