How to enter the configuration mode of the Huawei switch?

To enter the configuration mode of a Huawei switch, take the following steps:

1. First of all, connect via Serial port. When you use Xshell to connect to a switch, set the protocol to serial and select the Internet Protocol version IPV4. The serial port should be selected as the corresponding port number of the USB to console port (which can be viewed in the computer device manager), and the baud rate should be set to 9600.

2. Factory reset. If the PNP key is supported, press and hold the PNP key for more than 6 seconds in the local configuration mode to restore the factory configuration.
