UOS system account is locked for a long time?

We sometimes forget our password, and the account is locked due to the wrong password being entered multiple times, and we are prompted to try again in X minutes.

1. When the computer is turned on and enters the GRUB interface, press the "E" key to edit, as follows.

2. Enter systemd.debug-shell=1 at the end of the line starting with linux and press F10 to repair the system.
