 International Mobile Equipment Identity

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) is a unique number used to identify each individual mobile phone and other mobile communication device in a mobile phone network, which is equivalent to the ID card of a mobile phone. The serial number has a total of 15~17 digits, and the first 8 digits (TAC) are the model approval number, which represents the type of mobile phone; The next 2 digits (FAC) are the last assembly number, which represents the place of origin; The last 6 bits (SNR) are serial numbers and represent the production sequence. The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMAI) is generally attached to the back of the fuselage and the outer packaging, and also exists in the mobile phone memory, which can be queried by entering *#06# in the mobile phone dial pad. There are several ways to check your phone's IMEI code:

1. Dial *#06#: Dial this special number on your phone, and you can see the IMEI code of your phone on the screen.

2. Look at the back of the phone or the box: Flip the phone over, or find the box of the phone, and you can see the IMEI code of the phone on it.

3. Check your phone's settings: Enter your phone's settings interface, where you can find information about your phone, including your phone's IMEI code.
