Typing 03 in Excel only shows 3, this is because Excel recognizes 03 as 3 by default. This is due to the fact that in Excel, the rephrasing of positive numbers is usually to omit the plus sign in front.

If you need to press +3 to display, you can do the following:

1. Format the cells as text and type +3.

2. Enter a quotation mark followed by +3, which means ('+3).

3. If the input data starts with 0, select the data cell area, run the "Format/Cell/Number/Classification/Custom" command, and change "G/General Format" to "000000" in the "Type" column (without quotation marks, the number of 0 is the number of data to be entered, only enter the number after 0 during the operation). The system will fill in the digits with 0 before the number of digits.
